Gets the job done...easier deep conditioning, 9 May 2015
I decided to order this as I had heard a lot about it and also wanted a wireless cap so I could move around whilst conditioning. It works well and heat tends to last for the 20mins max recommended wearing time. Only downside for me is the heat packs are a bit tricky to warm up in the microwave as the timing and temp need to be specific and it can't be done in one go for more than 45secs or you may damage the packs so it's a start and stop process to get the right temperature. Cap material is a bit thin so not too sure on it's longevity but for the price it's reasonable and gets the job done even if it doesn't last forever!.

Love the fact I can carry on with my day. However the heat doesn't stay as long as I wish it could but then I again I'm talking about hours which clearly would not be possible. Altogether a good buy.
