I already have a hair bun that I use and like but it was getting a bit stretched so I thought I'd get a replacement and as you can see on the photo it is more than twice the size of my original bun ring! You do need a fair bit of hair to ensure coverage of this wide hair bun as it is a filler pad you need to disguise it.

The bun ring comes wrapped in plastic and there is an instruction card inside the bag too to help people to use it. I actually have a different technique to the one described on the card but I will explain this further on in the review.

First of all I have to say you will need a fairly big head to carry off this size of bun. Luckily I have one of those (a giant head) thanks to genetics, big heads run in my family so ladies hats are a no goer but I definitely have the advantage when it comes to big buns.

To use this bun ring, you first have to create the perfect pony tail. What you do at this stage will definitely affect the end result...

Arrived before the expected delivery date. Really eally easy to use and works well. There are small visual instructions on the product label and loads of videos on youtube to show how to use them. I got mine right on the second try, very happy :)

This is the best hair bun I've purchased, it's a great size, all I've seen is huge ones or averagely sized ones whereas this one is big but is a good compromise between the huge one and the averagely sized one.
