I was surprised to figure out how firmly this hairagami holds my hair all day! I have long, thick hair and really didn't expect it to be that strong, but WOW! :) Can't say anything about durability, because I just got it yesterday, but I think that if you treat it with care, it should last. Will probably order another one, to be able to do the S shape.

Instructions are very clear. My hair is a bit too long for some of the styles but it is very easy to use. Unless you roll the wrong way. :-)
