How to Care :

1) Carefully detangle hair from the roots to the ends.
2) Wash with mild shampoo in lukewarm water, avoiding rubbing and twisting of hair.
3) After shampooing squeeze out excess water and pat dry with a towel.
4) Add conditioner to the hair and gently comb through and leave on for five minutes.
5) Rinse under lukewarm water squeeze out all excess water and pat dry with a towel.
6) Washing liquid must be the acidity.
7) Blow Dry hair and style as instructed by your stylist.

hair is very coarse, clamp is rubbish and doesn't stay on. No instructions so i don't know if the hair is okay to heat or if it is synthetic and will melt!

Really nice., 6 Sept. 2016

This is a really nice practice head, our granddaughter loves doing hair and we thought this would be perfect for her, it fixes on to the edge of the table very securely so that she can practice all different hair styles, we have had no hair being shed off it and it has also been washed with shampoo and dried just like normal hair and it is perfect still, I suppose this is the next thing up from Girls worlds heads and it is better out granddaughter says because this is like real hairdressers do it, highly recommended from this family.

Disappointing, 20 July 2015
Very poor quality. Put the comb through it once and the hair was coming out. My sister is a hairdresser and has said that the doll's head seems like horse hair. False advertisement and not worth the amount I paid for it.
