The pins are not really soft and when using on wet hair it doesn't move smoothly through hair and probably even damaging it. I personally didn't find it useful in the bathroom. Occasionally though I massage my head with it when surfing internet or watching TV. That's why the 3 stars..

There is nothing nicer than a good head scratch when either putting on your conditioner or prior to drying your hair and this brush does the job. I wish every hairdressing salon had one. I shall be taking mine with me to mine! Highly recommend this product. Simple but highly effective.

Having had one of these for years I was pleased to find this product had slightly changed the design of the handle making it less likely to snap as the old one did. Really pleased would highlyrecommend
