This isn't my first facial cleaner, i have tried a few others from fully 360° rotational to hardened silicone vibration models (to which this in particular I really didn't get along with). The full rotational model I did slightly prefer but the cost of persistently hunting down batteries became tiresome. I was looking for an alternative to which bettered my current as well as being rechargeable to dismiss the issues. If like myself you aren't a newbie to facial cleaners then it's more than likely you have come across a well known brand "Clarisonic" to which the price is x4 (though I have saw some slightly more expensive) as much as the current asking price for this unit. I'm not willing to pay over the odds for an item if it doesn't suit me or my skin needs. To me the price is completely unjustifiable.

I ordered this facial cleansing brush for my teenage daughter - who like most girls of her age, is concerned with the appearance of her skin and is keen to minimise spots and blemishes. I thought this might be a helpful way of encouraging nice skin and avoiding the over use of harsh spot creams.
The box contains the cleansing unit along with two brush heads - the seller recommends changing them every 3 months. It also has a handy little holder to keep the brush in when not in use, which appears to have a fairly non-slip base. Helpfully it comes with batteries supplied (2 x AA).
There is an 'entertaining' instruction manual, which includes some lovely turns of phrase, but actually despite this guide, the brush is pretty simple to use.
The bristles don't rotate as with some other facial cleansers on the market, but instead vibrate - (300 times per second). The recommendation is that you use it daily for 60 seconds...
