This is a fabulous UV LED Nail Lamp and I am already completely in love with it. I purchased gel polish top and base polish and a few colour polishes and did some research on how to paint my nails with gel polish myself, at home. I have had them done previously but the cost is not one I can really justify so doing them at home would be much more appealing to me.
I was excited to get started and prepared my nails according to the guidance I had sought previously. I applied the base coat and placed my hand under the lamp for 60 seconds. Next I applied a coat of colour gel polish and placed under the lamp for a further 60 seconds. After this I applied a second coat of colour and spent a further 60 seconds under the lamp. Finally I applied the top coat and placed my hand under the lamp for 90 seconds ( I had head that it is better to "bake" the top coat for a little longer). Set up.
All you need to do is plug it in and select the timer mode. The timer will run for 30s/60s/90s/30m. These are set by touch button on the top of the unit.
Build.
The build quality is fine and it has been well designed.
Using.
In use it dries the nail varnish evenly and quickly. The pre-sets are useful and there is a 30 minute always on button for longer and multi applications of varnish. This is great for building up designs and applying several layers for effects. It is very easy to use and does not take up much space.
