I'm not easily impressed but this machine dose the job.From first use I noticed a reduction in pore size and the skin under chin and neck were greatly improved smooth and soft.The unit is well made and easy to handle (I have arthritis in hands) even the brush heads are well made and easy to interchange.I was impressed with the packaging too it arrived in a very strong box, each item enclosed in its own box (it even had a black velvet pouch for the main unit) very well done Hangsun, impressive.
