Ordered in a hurry and didn't read reviews - big mistake. First time of using attachment came unclipped and caused a miss cut. My husband had to save his head because of this. Tested attachments and none fitted securely.On a positive note when I complained company provided a posted paid return label and didn't quibble about a full refund.

Avoid like the plague, 5 July 2013
I would not recommend this product to anyone. The clippers gave up halfway through a cut meaning i had to finish off the job by going completely bald using a razor...it may look cheap and cheerful but it doesn't work and gives in when it feels like it. Regret buying it.

I purchased this item for my husband as a xmas present. He tried to use the clippers this morning and as a result the clippers have cut his neck in two places drawing blood!!! He then had to wait for the bleeding to stop before he could put his top on!!!I'm glad my husband tried these first before I cut my son's hair!!!
