I was pretty desperate to improve my droopy chin and neck.I think necks really give away age and double chins look very unsightly, so I bought this. I like it a lot, it is easy to use and you do get results.You need to do it regularly though, can't miss a day.Also, you need to find a cheap supply of contact gel and square batteries before you run out.Keep going with it and you should see firmer chin and neck-I have and I'm thrilled.
