I bought this product for the first time last year and was very pleased with the quality of the strips. They worked effectively and left a good finish every time.
Coming to the end of my first pack, I ordered some more a few weeks ago. Last week I waxed my legs and having a few strips of the old pack left, began using those first. I didn't begin using the new pack until I had begun waxing my second leg. Wow, I cannot begin to tell you the difference. Something must have changed in the production of these strips because they did not remove the wax at all and layers of the paper came off, sticking to the wax. I had to reapply the hot wax several times to remove the stuck wax and pieces of paper, resulting in very sore areas. I'm just glad I was able to complete most of the waxing before beginning to use the new pack.
The difference in the quality of this product means I will not be buying them again. I don't know whether this was a 'bad batch' or whether...
