Great sunscreen, a bit too pearlescent for my liking, 26 Aug. 2016

This is the second Heliocare 360 sun screen I've used - I previously bought the Fluid (which I found left my face tacky and the nude colour made my skin look pale) but decided to give this ago as generally I prefer sun care products which do not contain chemical filters. The texture is lovely, very silky and glides over my skin and it doesn't leave me sticky as long as I apply conservatively a bit at a time (because it spreads so nicely it's easy to use too much and end up a bit greasy looking/feeling). Whereas the fluid has a slight tint this one does not - I expected a bit of chalkiness/whiteness after rubbing in due to the physical sun screen it contains but it also has a pearly white finish which is evident as soon as you squeeze the product out of the tube and can look a bit 'tin man' on me as I have olive toned skin and don't wear foundation over the top on a day to day basis. Best Sun protection, 5 July 2016
I've tried so many facial sun creams with SPF 50 . They are always greasy, leave a chalky residue or feel heavy on the skin . I tried this one after been recommended the brand via a skin care specialist. Well it's amazing , but it does cost a fair bit . I'm using a tube a month for my face , however I feel I'm protected from the sun's rays and as somebody say to me the most important thing you should put on your face is sun screen. So it's important that you like the sun protection your wearing . As a male I feel it leaves my skin with a healthy glow, I've not had any work colleagues ask me about my skin , so it can't be obvious that I'm wearing sunscreen . It feels like a moisturizer and makes me feel happy that I'm protecting my skin day in and day out .

I truly love the finish of this one! It goes on slightly white, but dries down to an invisible colour with just a hint of a nice fresh glow.It's the best finish I could find for a physical sunscreen with both Zink Oxide and Titanium Dioxide in it!Make-up layers on perfectly and without any problems. I would even dare to say that it works a little bit like a primer in this respect. Just let it dry down for some minutes and it won't interfere with any make-up application.All the products of this company are great and I am very happy that they now included an all mineral sunscreen in their range, since the chemical ones made my eyes water and burn.I will definitely repurchase!
