beats conventional hair colourants - no contest!, 5 Jan. 2014

This is a longer lasting and gentler dye.I had retreated from 'normal' colourants even salon ones because even with generous amounts of salon quality (not tresemme) treatments my hair turned to straw. I spent some time using Directions and having unconventional haircolours and healthy hair then tried mixing to achieve more subdued shades. This however fills the gap between those options. It is not quite as gentle so the super sensitive and long haired like me will need to use treatments but it will look good. A big plus for those with less long or thick hair is that you may get two uses from the pack - you measure out before you mix.One word of warning I have found the colours darker that I expected.And another plus is that it hardly fades - so you really get a long time between applications.
