I cannot rate this, I urge you not to buy from this woman. She sent the wrong items, then asked me to send them back which cost £2.60. She will not refund me because she does not know how to work her systems! I tried to compromise and get her to resend the correct items and she has ignored me and been argumentative and quite rude. She owes me a refund and postage. Not to mention the time I have wasted on an inexpensive item. Never have I experienced such service. Be warned!

The sponges have this weird smelling residue on them when you first take them out of the packet, but after washing this off, they are fine
