Very disappointed with this product. It doesnt heat up the wax no matter how long you leave it and it simply does not work.

Takes FOREVER to heat, not hot enough, 15 Feb. 2012
Same issue as the other comment here, takes FOREVER for the wax to get hot enough to just about drag across your skin. Rubbish, I recommend one of the tubs where you apply with a spatula - my mum has one and it's fab.
