Had one like this years ago but the quality of this one is cheaper. It is basically a piece of chamois leather stuck onto a plastic handle, but the top bit of the chamois where it meets the handle is not stuck or folded, so I stitched0 the ends on to hold it better so design needs attention. However, it works a treat on buffing nails I use it with a buffing paste Nailoid Buff and Shine (available on here) and the paste is brilliant as used with this gives a mirror finish on your nails. I buff my nails as I have circulation problems and my nails are dreadful splitting and generally look terrible, but since I found the paste and this buffer and started buffing them every couple of days they are long, strong and look like Ive clear varnish on them :) * You will not get a mirror finish with a buffer alone you need the cream!
