I suffer with psoriasis of the scalp and this does help a little to control the dry scaliness on the scalp.It certainly seems to work as we'll if not slightly better than all of the prescription medication I have tried but this is made of all natural products and feels kinder to my scalp.

Superb for sensitive scalps, 7 May 2014
I have psoriasis on my scalp, if I use any other brand of shampoo and conditioner it flares up. With Hopes my scalp stays flake and itch free. It is a truly excellent product that I have been using faithfully for years. Also it is a natural product with no nasty chemicals eg. Parabens SLS.

conditioner to go with the shampoo to reduce itchy scalp, 7 Feb. 2014
I bought this for my teenage daughter who has been using the same brand shampoo but needed a conditioner as she has long hair. She is not convinced about this product as it doesn't condition her hair as much as shop bought products, however it has reduced the itchiness.
