I have lot of sinus pain and trigeminal nerve pain as a result of severe allergies. I use them to kind of numb the pain when it gets really bad. I keep it in the fridge for when I need it. My only complaint would be that it doesn't stay cold for as long as I had hoped, but it does the job and then I stick it back in the fridge quickly to re-use it later. It says not to put it in the freezer. I did put it in the freezer for a very short time one time just to get the cold to last a little longer. I don't know if putting it in for longer would do any damage, but it has worked pretty well for what I've needed it for. I think the price could be a little lower for the product though... but I was desperate for pain relief, so I suppose in that sense it was worth it.

lovely hot or cold! I put a serum (bio effect EGF serum) on then put this ontop for 5 mins warm to help the serum penetrate and it feels lovely. In the mornings I put in freezer for a few mins then put on my face - great for the mornings you have to get up with lack of sleep or a hangover!

This mask helps your facial pain by numbing it in the same way that any ice pack does. I suppose it could also be used to reduce swelling, or for beauty treatments. A multy-functional product
