This is a great step in my routine for hydration. I use this after cleansing, before serums, oils and moisturisers. This has a lovely cooling effect and sinks in quickly. Immediately calms my redness and reduces fine lines from deyhydration. It also helps my other products absorb better and makeup sits wonderfully over hydrated skin. Definitely in love with toning essences now and this is the best one ever. I will also say that you get SO much for your money! I have used 2 pumps twice a day for at least 3 months and it's only halfway down the bottle!
