Excellent product and good quality. It feels really nice, and I love the difference between the exfoliating bamboo side, and the softening cotton side.As other reviews have said, it does change shape considerably, I have only been using it 3 days and the cotton side has already "shrunk" causing it to no longer be square and straight, but a different shape and a bit pulled where the cotton side is smaller than the bamboo side.Still, would recommend

This seems natural and luxurious but in fact one side uses polyester. Once wet this luxurious face cloth turns into a clumsy heavy cloth bag and is difficult and unpleasant to use. My wife quilted it and now it is OK. It is best to do this when the item is new though because one side shrinks differently to the other.
