Very good nice product, 13 April 2015
Very good works well the reason for me giving it 4/5 is because I had to buy a spanner to essenble the supporting pole as it needs to be secured to the star base. I would had preferred a mini spanner supplied free then I would had given it 5 stars. It works with normal and distilled water (distilled water being Preffered) it has a ozone button which i think makes steam feel warm when off it is much hotter. The water heats up in approx 5 minutes before the steam is released. I am very pleased with the device it looks stylish and compact, but would of liked a free (mini) spanner to help figure out the essenble process to make it quicker when installing. Thanks to the supplier I will recommend this product for home use as well as salon professionals.
