Great roller with a great price.It isn't CE certified, but it doesn't say it is in the description. It can be easily done using alcohol.I prefer this model with 192 micro needles compared to 540 one, I think this one can really penetrate the dermis much better (for example, I feel the derma roller of 0.5mms with 192 much more than the 1mm with 540). I have now bought this 1 mm one and it really can't be compared to the one with a lot of needles, it really is much better.I found that the 1mm one should not be used more often than every 2-3 weeks, skin needs enough time to produce collagen. So far, I have used it 3 times, and one small but long forehead wrinkle lost a part in the middle :)I am also taking collagen supplements hoping that helps.

apart from the deep brow crease that is no where near as bad as it used to be, 2 Aug. 2015

I bought this two months ago along with a larger roller ago but wanted to give it a spit before I wrote a review. I came across derma-rolling on Youtube totally by mistake and bought some to try out. I had quite a few wrinkles on my forehead and crows feet and laughter lines starting around my eyes and I used this one to tackle the harder to reach areas under my eyes. After two sessions with this roller there are literally no lines around my eyes and, apart from the deep brow crease that is no where near as bad as it used to be, my forehead is nearly wrinkle free. I can only imagine what I'll look like in a year. I highly recommend this product and cannot stress how effective it is in not only dealing with wrinkles, but also with evening out skin tones and increasing the overall healthy glow of the skin. The quality of the roller is top notch and the supplier was on the ball too so I must give it and them full marks.

I think this is excellent. It definitely feels good the day after use. Time will tell if it affects the appearance but it's brilliant value.
