There's such a hype regarding oil cleansers and I've been eager to try this for myself for quite some time now. Though it sounds somewhat crazy at first, the idea of using natural oils to cleanse the skin gently actually makes a lot of sense. The basic idea of oil cleansing is to use natural oils in specific combination to cleanse the skin and naturally balance the skin’s natural oils. This produces much more nourished and moisturised skin that traditional soap and detergent based facial cleaners.

According to what I've read, the oil cleansing method reduces breakouts, and insures skin won’t feel dry or stretched because its natural protective oils remain. It might seem counterintuitive, but oil dissolves other oil; by rubbing it into the skin, the cleansing oil loosens the ‘bad’ oil that has hardened and lodged in the pores.

I have dry skin so I'm always worried about any cleansers that dry my skin further. When I saw this cleanser from Instanaturals I was really intrigued because its has a variety of oils. I have quite sensitive eczema prone skin and seeing it claiming to help dry skin I was very keen to give this a try.

It was very easy to get out of the bottle and apply, the pump head is very handy which dispenses just enough amounts that you can manage in your hand. (You could use a pad but I think applying by hand is less wasteful)

The subtle rosemary smell is very nice thanks to the rosemary oil it contains and reading back of the bottle there are no scary unpronounceable ingredients to be seen.

Having used it quite a few times I have noticed no breakouts and no sensitivity from my skin and I feel it is now softer and well moisturised, there was no dry patches to be seen.

I applied this cleanser sometimes after exfoliating sometimes just after washing and drying my face, I got the best results after exfoliating my face and than applying this cleanser to lift any stubborn dirt and such but applying it alone also helped it stay clean and soft.
