Formulation Changed, 11 Dec. 2012

I'd had trouble sourcing this excellent and effective conditioner so when it appeared here bought 3.Not only has the packaging changed though but, I think, also the formulation.Still smells lovely just as before, but just does'nt seem to be as effective as before.I'm wondering if this is one of those 'It's just too good' situations which seem to occur from time to time when a truly excellent product gets tinkered with to it's detriment.I do wish companies would remember the old adage 'If it aint broke'Shame Jason, shame !

Hair feels very clean, 16 Oct. 2010

This shampoo is a clear amber colour with a zingy, slightly fruity, slightly medicated smell - but not unpleasantly so. It is very thick and sticks to your fingers somewhat. I found this useful as it will not slide off your hands and onto to the shower floor. Unless your hair is properly dirty, you only need to lather once. It leaves your hair feeling bouncy and very clean. After use my hair stays clean for 3-4 days, which is a little longer than I have found with any other shampoo. I'm pleased with it and will buy it again.

Best shampoo I've ever used...., 16 May 2010

For years and years I used well known shampoos such as Pantene, and they did a wonderful job. They made my hair feel silky and clean etc. etc.... or at least, they did for a day or so. By day 2 or 3, my head felt itchy and my hair felt lank and sticky - so I'd wash it again and get that lovely silky feel back again. For a day or so, anyway, and then it would go lank again.... I swapped between different brands but they all had the same effect: I had to use them very often. I have very long hair, and washing it every day or every other day was a bit of a bind really.

I tried this shampoo a few months ago and the first time I used it I wasn't sure what to think. It's very thick - like syrup - and after I'd got a gloop of it on my head I had to add some water to soften it and start to lather it up. But, once I got it going, it lathered well and smelled really nice - fresh and clean. It rinsed away very cleanly and my hair felt really good: soft, but squeaky clean...
