I suffer from excema, mostly on my hands, and the majority of handwashes make my hands so painful and sore. Not this one though! It doesn't contain the usual nasties i.e. SLS/parabens. It's gentle, yet very effective. It may seem pricey, but unless hands are extremely grubby, you don't need a full pump to wash your hands thoroughly. It's very gently scented, rinses off completely, and is extremely economical to use. It's worth paying the initial cost, as it lasts and lasts and lasts, and that's with three adults in the house! Highly recommended.
