I have used this before so this is a repeat buy. It lasts me a long time as I do not use everyday, just when my hair is proving troublesome. A small amount on the fingers, and then through the hair, comb and it is done. I use it after I have dried my hair.It does not make it greasy.

Admittedly, I'm not brunette (I have auburn hair) but this product works terrifically on me. I apply it to my hair while it's still wet and after I've dried and straightened it, it looks healthy and glossy. I have had a lot of compliments on how sleek and healthy my hair is recently and I know it's because of this product. I imagine it'll work even better for those who have darker hair. A great buy!

I chose the 5 star rating because this product more than deserves it!! So easy too apply, and wash out...it makes my hair not only glossy...but smooth and defined. I have really curly hair, and this Shine Shock really tames it, and accentuates my curls. I would highly recommend this product to others, as it is fantastic!! Such a wonderful price, too!!
