Great pump bottle, but new smell..., 13 Feb. 2017

Great product and I LOVE the larger, pump dispenser bottle but about six months ago John Frieda changed the packaging so it now looks less beauty product, and more gender less product which is fair enough, but they've also changed the smell. It's a matter of personal taste, but I really don't like the new smell and had I bought this in Boots and had a chance to smell the product I wouldn't have bought it. Sadly, Amazon we're going to charge me half the price of the product to return it to them. It's still a great shampoo and I love the dispenser but I don't think I'll buy it again.

I have used this range for years but they have changed formulation since I last bought a few months ago, now has a very strong, pungent perfume that I really dislike, and the ingredients are a bit different. It used to smell much softer. Will not buy this range again unfortunately!

Big bottle, silky and thick consistency so it goes a long way. Smell average, nothing to complain about. Does it prolong colour, think these things are difficult to comment on but I like John Frieda hair colour too.
