Not Permanent Hair Colour, 22 Dec. 2016
I have dark brown hair which is approximately 20-30% grey and purchased the darkest brown John Frieda colour.I followed the instructions and left the foam in for 25 minutes followed by a water only rinse.Within two weeks, the colour has almost worn off and I am back to showing grey. For reference I wash my hair with shampoo twice a week and I dry my hair naturally without using any hairdryer etc.Very disappointed with this product as it is twice the price of Clairol which is what I normally buy!

Love the colour, 26 Nov. 2016
Love the colour ! And much easier to use than normal colours. In the instructions it says it needs to foam up "like in the picture". It doesn't.

Neutralised brassy red tones and slightly lightened previously dyed hair :), 19 April 2017
My hair was originally a very patchy light-mid brown that also looked very brassy (hey that's what happens when you bleach). I knew from the start that this wasn't going to go the full blond colour on the box. I only wanted it to make my hair came out less patchy, brassy, and prevent it going darker. It accomplished these things. The top half of my hair is slightly darker than the colour on the box while the bottom half is a more natural light brown (the bottom half was darker than the top to begin with so the difference isn't due to this hair dye). The patchiness and brassy look have mostly gone. The only reason it lost a star was due to the frazzled effect it had on hair despite the intense conditioner, although that's nothing their de-frizz serum doesn't fix.
