I'm seriously impressed with this. I used Dyelash for years but they changed the formulation (thanks EU) and it didn't work anymore for me... so after some research I tried this. I bought the bottle of peroxide, and also a brush and tiny glass dish. It was much easier to apply using the brush I found. I'm used to using a plastic wand which was much harder. Little mascara wands don't work for me. I get splatter, and poor coverage. As I've done it lots of times before I didn't faff about with Vaseline and paper bits. I just applied it very carefully and cleaned up any bits with cotton buds. I used quite a lot of the peroxide to get a good consistency. I'd say it was about 10 drops to a cm of dye. I left it on for 12 minutes after applying because it took me a few minutes to get on. Make sure you get right down to the roots and don't miss the outside hairs. It stung...but eyelash dyeing always has. Especially doing it to yourself with an open eye. BUT...the result is the best I've ever...

I've used Coloursport 30 Day Mascara Eyelash & Brow Dye Kit before, but it really wasn't any good at all. (I then accidentally knocked the developing liquid all over the carpet, so I couldn't use it again. Not that I was bothered- it was pretty crap anyway. ) I am a natural blonde, and my eyelashes are so blonde that without mascara, you can't see them. The only time my eyelashes looked black and gorgeous was when a trainee beautician friend of mine dyed my lashes for free (stinging the absolute s*** out of my eyes in the process!!).

I bought *this* product because of the fantastic reviews, and I'm really glad I did. It worked first time and my lashes are no longer an embarrassment when I'm not wearing any make up. I did make a bit of a blooper yet again though, and accidentally got a bit of dye in my eye which meant I had to go rushing to the sink to rinse my eye out, shortly after applying the dye- but my lashes were just as black as the others (phew), and my eye stopped...

Very pleased with this eyelash dye. I've had no problem with irritation and the colour seems to last well. I've been dying my lashes for about 40 years and always used Colousport and Dyelash but I definitely think this is better.
