Good when works, but be careful as it's dangerous!, 24 Feb. 2014

Initially I bought this product to dye my blonde facial hair to match a dye I used on my hair up top and for a while it worked brilliantly. However, after two months and 2 weeks of using the product I suffered a chemical burn that took weeks to heal.

There is a warning regarding not using existing product after 2 months due to it expiring, but as I followed these instructions by throwing away any excess product I had leftover and purchasing 2 new packs I assumed I would be okay. After all, I originally had no problem with the first batch that lasted for the full 2 months of use, but after two weeks of using the new product I suffered from chemical burns across my jaw, chin and upper lip. Fortunately my burns weren't as bad as what other people have been experiencing, but my face did end up being red and very sore for weeks which felt embarrassing. Was sent this buy being a member of the Insiders community to test and review this product.First impressions are that the box is strong and has information on it to help and advise.I must STRESS TO MAKE SURE YOU DO THE IMPORTANT SOPT TEST , as I did two and had a reaction.So my review is based on doing the spot test and reading other The Insiders members feedbackthe product is easy to prepare and use. Simple. Instructions explain all that is included in the box.Onto applying the product easy and quickly.covers those grey hairs easily so im advised.Also the product looks a premium one at a very reasonable price.I would recommend this to friends and family but must stress read the instructions and do the spot test.Overall a good buy .p's I had a reaction but im in the minority so spot test no reaction then use product.

Major problems with skin burns and allergies., 2 Jan. 2015
Been buying this for years, some minor problems in past with slight itching same with most dyes. Recent batch is a nightmare, not sure if formula has changed or not, burning, itching allergic reactions etc. See the web for huge number of complaints. Have these people changed or tested this batch do not buy this at the moment you have been warned.
