I am someone who is pretty much addicted to dying my hair. In the last year I have been pink, blue, lilac, white and orange. Due to this my hair is heavily processed and the peroxide is starting to take its toll on the ends. I have used Kerastase before for different hair needs and have always found it excellent. The difference between this brand and high street ones is that Kerastase is infused with keratin (the protein responsible fur building your hair) and this penetrates the hair shaft and restores it. Whereas high street brands have additives such as silicone which coat the hair in a film to make its mouth and shiny but doesn't actually do any lasting good.
I used this shampoo hoping to preserve the life of my various hair colours and heal some of the damage done. Within a few weeks my hair was softer and more manageable and less prone to breakage. My colour lasted longer before fading out and I didn't feel my hair too heavy. With this product a little goes a long way...
