Parcel arrived quickly considering it came from Japan. Came beautifully presented with a green tea bag and candies. There was a small brown envelope with a personalised handwritten note from the seller (Harajuku Culture Japan) plus a photo of the man with a cartoon of him. I find this absolutely charming.This is the first day and already I have managed to make it even out my lids. They're not perfectly symmetrical but certainly an improvement. I guess with practice I will become more competent at application. I cannot rave enough about the seller or product. Thank you!

When The package arrived... it was colourful (bright orange)! packed very well with bubble wraps and some paper to keep the package in place. I only just start using the product and it works pretty well so far. Inside there is: the product; green tea and some candy/sweet from the seller as a gift.I must say it's a little expensive for a little bottle but what can I say... it might be worth it. There was some trouble with the package before it arrived, as the whole thing nearly cost £30 (including the delivery), so it had to go to the custom charges because it was more than £15. So I had to pay extra money on these for it to get delivered. It would be much better if the price of the product is cheaper, as the some America seller that sell this product only cost half or less, but they don't deliver it to the U.K. I would pay for the delivery once but not more.I will update this review when I see how the product works.

Product arrived promptly. However the bottle itself was unsealed and was placed in an unsealed plastic box when it arrived. I wasn't sure whether if it was a new product when I opened it. No invoice nor a receipt was included in the delivery, I am not impressed.As regard to the "function" of the product, it doesn't work well for me, unfortunately.
