Simply twist up as you would and apply it is ready to use and can be used to create and define sexy smoky eyes. Or a fab goth look. It is a very versatile product and can even be used as a eyeshadow or to define the brows. Not tested on animals.

Its a nice eyeliner and makes it really easy to do you upper and lower waterlines. Sadly thought it does not stay put and is not very black!

Nice lasts all day, and doesn't smudge, no need for a sharpener as it twists up, excellent price to, no need to waste money on more expensive eyeliners, when this one is just as good. Would defientley recommend.
