Exercise routine and excellent comb all-in-one :-), 29 April 2015

I've always been a fan of Kent products in the past, and after recently having had a bad experience with a badly-finished and scratchy 'Denman D200 Vent Hair Brush with Flexible Pins', then failing to find another suitable brush, I made a snap decision yesterday to return to a trusted make and buy this beautifully well-made comb at Boots instead.

It's been many decades since I used a comb like this, and I've just tried it and am delighted with it on all counts. It's perfect for my long grey hair which now seems to be too fragile to stand up to the brushes (or the hair dryers) of my youth ;-)

I was very amused by the set of instructions on how to comb my hair, and am sure that following them would, indeed, ensure a perfect coating of sebum polishing every hair shaft, but at my advanced age, even though thankfully still flexible enough to attempt the manoeuvre, bending over like that first thing in the morning risks a vertigo attack from BPPV :-D

I own a few Kent combs and they do prove that all combs are not created equal. Nice and gentle on the scalp - none of the scratching that you can get with some combs.I don't understand why Kent market the comb as a women's comb - all I can say is that now my hair is much longer on top (still Grade 1 on the sides), the shorter teeth on the "men's" comb (2T) are now too short for the thickness of hair - the 9T is much more suited.

What can I say it combs my hair. Good feel and does the job, I hate cheap plastic combs that are sharp, this one is perfect.
