It should really be 'no stars'...What I received was not a Kent FD10 but a Kent FD11 with an FD10 bar code!Amazon kindly sent a replacement FOC and assured me that they would make sure it was an FD10. It duly arrived but was another FD11 with an FD10 bar code. So now I had two wrong brushes. Eventually Amazon got a human being to physically check the stock and conceded that they only had FD11's which were all labelled as FD10's. So I've now got a couple of FD11's and a full refund.I found the FD10 I wanted from another on-line source.If you check Amazon for an FD10 is shows as 'unavailable'...I suppose it's bound to happen from time to time with computerised stock management, and Amazon handled it really well once they actually believed me. Getting them to accept that they've made a mistake is the hardest part.....inevitably I suppose.
