I have two of these strange little hats now so I never have to go without. My son who is going on 3 (hat not about to be outgrown any time soon, has been using since around 18months) used to HATE having his hair washed no matter how careful I was not to get water in eyes/ears until I bought one of these hats. Now no more hair washing tantrums, just pop it on the head and shower away. It is a bit flimsy but it works. For the price its worth a try

This product is useless as it is so difficult to get on my grandson's head (and he is only 18 months and has an average size head) I have more tears in trying to put this on him thanm washing his hair. I should have known better as all the kids used in the advert have a virtually shaved head, I pity those parents who little girls with long hair. This product is a nightmare thank god it was cheap.

I bought this because my 4yr old hates having his hair washed. The material is very lightweight and so doesn't feel heavy when it's on his head, however I found it a fiddle to adjust then fasten the press studs to fit his head and kept getting hair caught in the fasteners. It does a good enough job in that he no longer cries but doesn't stop the water from going in his ears, only his eyes!
