I always need my hair to be as short as possible with having psoriasis on my scalp, when my hair is long the psoriasis worsens. So I have a style that I can mostly manage at home, very short back and sides and a bit long on top. The back and sides are easy to manage at home but I find I need to go to the hairdresser for the top, so when I saw this product It dawned on me that I could manage my hair on top at home without needing to keep going the hairdressers every 8 weeks. So that's my story, over to the product. I saw it's potential straight away the inside of the clip has tiny little nipples that grips the hair whilst it's in the clip, it holds well to my hair, it did slide out only once when I dipped my head forwards. If you put too much hair in the clip you will get the same problem if you would hold the hair with your fingers, the hair will move causing you to snip at a slant so keep the hair to a fine amount and snip with the tips of the scissors.
