They are the largest cosmetics company in the world. They have loads of brands from Garnier, L'Oréal and have huge research facilities in respect of cosmetics. Just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're the best. Equally, just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're evil. I've tested loads of L'Oréal stuff ranging from WOW this should be on the NHS to Oh my golly gosh-this is dreadful.

A good one will remove all traces of makeup, as well as any dirt and excess oil.

This cleansing milk is aimed at mature skin. It has a creamy feel, which is applied with cotton wool to leave your skin clean, fresh and hydrated. Enriched with magnesium and Vitamin C, this really does leave your skin feeling soft and enriched.

As I get older, I find that my skin really does dry out – the daily train commute and an air conditioned office doesn’t help and my skin needs some help by the end of the day. Some people prefer to use a cleanser in the morning, but personally I like to cleanse and tone before applying night cream. This left my skin feeling really silky soft. I am very impressed with the Age Perfect range and my skin certainly feels better since using it.

Like other reviewers here though, I would question the fact that it, or the accompanying Age Perfect toner, exfoliates. One is a cream and the other a liquid. As such, it is unlikely that either will have an exfoliating effect. Still, despite this claim, both products are...

Another good cleanser, 4 Nov. 2015

I am receiving a lot of L'Oreal products at the moment for using and reviewing and I have been very pleased with nearly all of them. The Age Perfect range is just right for me as I am in the same age bracket as Dame Helen Mirren who advertises for the company, and while I make no claim to looking like this lady, I am finding that since I have been regularly using their creams etc my skin has improved enormously.So very happy to use this cleansing milk which is soft and gentle and not acidic in any way. It has left my face clean and not suffering from tightness which some other cleansers have done. This is the second cleanser I have been sent recently to review. The other one was also for dry and older skin and worked well so good to know there are at least two on the current market that are suitable for me.and as with all L'Oreal products nicely packaged and very well priced
