Too harsh for my skin., 21 Nov. 2015
My first problem with this product is that the bottle is a strange rectangular shape, which might be the reason why it's very hard to pour out the liquid into a cotton wool pad. When you pour it out, too much product comes out, inevitably spilling everywhere - not to mention with a lot of waste of product.On my eyes, this product removed make up pretty well although afterwards one of my eyelids felt a bit sensitive and when I applied my usual eye serum, there was some stinging, which I've never had before.I used this on my whole face once: I won't be using it again because within seconds, I developed very red, raised bumps. It's clearly too harsh for my skin (which admittedly is a little sensitive from using a retinoid product for acne). It might be fine on other skin types but I can't risk it again. I'm going back to my gentle micellar water.I'm afraid this is going straight down the sink.

L'Oréal

======

They are the largest cosmetics company in the world. They have loads of brands from Garnier, L'Oréal and have huge research facilities in respect of cosmetics. Just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're the best. Equally, just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're evil. I've tested loads of L'Oréal stuff ranging from WOW this should be on the NHS to Oh my golly gosh-this is dreadful.

OK? Let's go..

CLEANSERS

==========

When it comes to the art of face washing, it's a serious business. Just look at the difference between those who follow a regime and the haggled that don't.

A good one will remove all traces of makeup, as well as any dirt and excess oil.

Are all cleansers the same? Do they all do the same job?

No.

No.

No.

TIP FOR SKINCARE CLEANSERS

Mixed Feelings, 9 Nov. 2007
The first time I used it I was really quite impressed, with little or no effort all my eye-make up was gone. It took just a light touch over the lids and it removed all of the mascara and eye-liner. It leaves skin fresh and clear. The only downside is that it claims to be non-greasy, which is not strictly my experience. It does leave a slightly greasy film behind. This doesn't bother me that much as I've quite dry to normal skin.
