I found this duo very good but bought the Fibroligy thickness booster, and used that after shampooing.Which was left on then conditioned.I have such fine hair, but after the first wash I could feel a texture so was pleased my hair was thickening.Now after several washes twice a week. Can say I was pleased with my purchase.
