There are plenty of moisturisers on the market and many of them are from L'Oreal. You would think that the company was competing against itself, but many of the moisturisers have a different purpose. The '

L'Oreal Paris Skin Perfection Anti-Fatigue Perk-Up' is a daily moisturiser that is pretty heavy, but does a good job in smoothing out some of the smaller lines quickly. Because this is a slightly thicker cream it is more suitable for those who have dryer skin and need the anti fatigue properties. For these people you get an instant boost, for someone with slightly greasy skin, the thickness of the cream wil lead to mini outbreaks.

For the right customer the 'Skin Perfection' moisturiser is a great daily application, but it is worth testing it for a few days to make sure that it is not too rich. Some people will be better trying out one of the sensitive/spotty skin formulas as this will react better with your skin. The packaging is sleek and the cream comes out...

Getting To Like This, 1 Dec. 2015

The first time I used this cream (which comes out of the tube white) I was quite taken aback to find that it turned flesh coloured on application with the movement and warmth of the face. I realised at that point that I had put too much on and it was flaking around my cheeks. The moisturising part of the cream works surprisingly well as I was expecting my skin to become dry and tight with not using my usual moisturiser underneath it like you would with a foundation. On first using I would have given this three or maybe even just two stars.

However, nearly three weeks later I have perfected the amount to put on and what I can and can't put underneath it and now I am happy to give four stars. A small amount goes a long way and you're better off using a little at a time and carefully applying using small circular movements with a finger. I can still use a serum underneath so long as it is a clear watery style one, the creamy serums cause crumbing and flaking of the...

Pricey and not too impressive, 15 Dec. 2015
This is part of L'Oreal's Skin Perfection range which is aimed at women in their 20s and 30s, and it comes in the Skin Perfection bright pink packaging, which is cute and cheerful. At just 35ml, however, the tube is very small and quite expensive, and considering it is best applied all over the face, probably won't last you too long. This is a little like a BB cream, somewhere between a moisturiser and a light foundation. It is also supposed to fill in your wrinkles or fine lines. It feels strange to apply, slightly gritty and as if it leaves a bit of a coating on your skin. It has a yellowy tint as well which is not flattering on very pale skin tones.Overall I wasn't keen, and I am also concerned about the use of micro pearls/micro beads, which are really bad for the environment. It's not a cream I would buy again.
