I've been using this for a while....buying it from shops when it's on offer....found this on Amazon and couldn't believe the price! Ordered with some trepidation...wondering if it was the original as the price was so low...and was over the moon when it arrived (very quickly). Yes...it did appear to be Swedish....but is the original l'oreal youth code...will be ordering lots more.

Research has established that fragrances, alcohol and citrus ingredients in skin-care products are among the most common cause of sensitizing and allergic reactions. As L'Oreal own Lancome (and many other brands) this serum is very similar to Lancome’s Genifique but much cheaper. L’Oreal’s youth code solution is a yeast ingredient known as bifida ferment lysate, but there is no published research to say this can stimulate gene activity, but it may have an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefit. Along with the bifida ferment lysate, this contains a mix of slip agents, alcohol, a tiny amount of cell-communicating ingredients, including peptides, preservatives, stabilizers, and fragrance.
