It's not as good as other hair dyes, LOREAL test on animals too, so it's not always a better quality item just because it costs a bit more.I've used bleach, lighteners and toners to achieve a platinum blonde look.I used this dye in the past before I knew it wasn't cruelty free, but I got my hair to the platinum bleach stage with Jerome Russel or Schwarzkop in all my time dying hair.TBF it made my hair brassy yellow and orange, the conditioner was cakey and not in anyway an oil replenishment, my hair was super damaged after this too.

Really nice, works well as long as you're careful and take your time with it.But it is £7.99 in Boots so if you're going to buy it, I'd go there instead. £12.57 is a crazy price. And there's no way £17.97 would ever be a reasonable price for this.

Great colour but did not cover grey around temples., 21 July 2017

Beautiful colour but did not cover grey area around the temples and the colour extender was very disappointing...in fact I was annoyed as when I later applied the colour extender (at around the 3rd week as advised), it seemed to have removed the colour instead of extending it...will not use again but great colour for those with no grey.
