Useless brush!, 4 Dec. 2012

Firstly, the brush is useless. You have to put A LOT of the dye onto it to get any of it brushed into your hair. I gave up and just used my hands and a toothbrush. The technique is to start from the bottom and work your way up, dyeing higher every 5 minutes (otherwise you'll get the block blonde look if you apply it all at once).Secondly, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOUR HAIR IS REALLY DAMAGED. I had bleach blonde hair, dyed it a more natural blonde but missed my light blonde, so i tried this product. Because my hair was already bleached it was easy to go back to the lighter blonde colour and so i only left the product on for 15 minutes rather than the 25-45 it says on the box. I think if i'd have left it on any longer, my hair would have been ruined! (condition/split end wise)The shampoo-conditioner for afterwards is gorgeous though! Smells good, makes your hair feel silky, make sure you apply plenty afterwards.

This is the best it has even made my hair longer. I have been told by people did you get it done by professionals, it does really give you the ombre style

Ruined my hair, 9 Mar. 2013

Turned it a horrible colour and I'm struggling to get my hair all back to one colour, I'm absolutely devastated its Mother's Day tomorrow and I've to sit at home till I can get a hairdresser to come to me to fix it...avoid this crap!
