I've always used Directions hair dye, because it's reliable, well known, and lives up to it's reviews.
I love the smell, it's not watery and annoying. It spreads wonderfully. It's super friendly to hair extensions too. i had to use 4 tubs as my hair extensions are hip length. It's quite thick, like conditioner only less watery. I left it on for one hour to towl dried and pre shampooed hair, and sat with a hair drier until it went sort of crunchy. Then I smothered it in coconut hair oil and left it on for another hour before washing it off. I HIGHLY reccomend anybody use ProVoke touch of silver maintenance shampoo and conditioner, as it blocks out yellowy tones and brightens the colour. And the once a week brightening shampoo. Also, there's loads of other touch of silver products that seriously help maintaining silver/grey hair such as hairspray and dry shampoo because it's a hard colour to keep bright.
