well, I awaited this item with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. Excitement as I really needed an new shaver and also a callus remover so this item with 4 in 1 seemed to fit the bill nicely. Trepidation as I have heard horror stories of the pain inflicted by an epilator.
It arrived very quickly and very well packaged. A lovely item to look at, a fabulous shade of lavender and apart from the clipper head each other the other interchangeable heads had it's own cover.
I thought I would try the epilator first and wondered whether I needed a piece of wood to bite on to stop the screaming from the pain but it was ok. In fact it was more than ok, it really didn't hurt at all. Just a few occasional twinges like a very quick mild pinprick but not often and not hurting. I was amazed and though maybe I hadn't done it correctly but my face was lovely and smooth. No more bum fluff all over my cheeks and no more moustache. I haven't as yet used the clipper or the callous remover...

I purchased this product with high expectations, unfortunately it didn't live up to them. I tried each element apart from the clippers and felt that each was underpowered and inefficient.
The high white edges at the side of each accessory seemed to impede results to me, they meant that the epilator and razor couldn't make great contact with the skin.
The hard skin remover kept stopping if too much pressure was applied, an error that was frequently duplicated by me proving very frustrating.
The epilator struggled to perform, and was probably the least efficient accessory of all for me.
The razor didn't do as good a job as my disposable Gillette Venus, in fact it left my legs incredibly dry and lightly scratched, that wouldn't have been quite so bad if it had actually done the job it was intended for. It did half a job.
Because the plug comes with a UK adaptor it sits in the socket at a 90 degree angle which I didn't feel was safe,...

This is a clever little product, I've never seen a 4 in 1 variety of any of these devices and it's a brilliant idea (I'm all for cutting down on clutter around the house!).
The packaging is nice, it's in a full colour magnetised box, although there was a little damage to mine. I didn't mind this as it's only for personal use.
The main unit of the product is nice and light, making it easy to use. The sides are slightly rubberised to allow for a firm grip. It can be used while on charge so no need to wait for the battery to recharge before use. It comes with a UK plug (although the box states EU).
The epilator was the head that I was most interested to use. I've been warned previously that they can be very painful and while it certainly wasn't comfortable to use it certainly wasn't unbearable. I had to go over each area several times to ensure all hair was removed but afterwards my legs have been left very smooth.
