With a bendable wand, this ingenious eyeliner allows for complete precision both along the lash line and to the very tip of the outer wing. The bendable wand means greater control when applying as the liner fits to shape the unique curves of your lash line. Features include: a super thin tip, intense colour and matte effect, a quick drying and smooth application, water based formula and a smudge resistant film. To use: Shake well before each use then click the wand into place at a 35 degree angle. Sweep the liner tip across your lash line and out into a cat eye if a more dramatic look is desired.
