The smell is rather displeasing, however the colours are very bright and shimmery. This is a very nice and CHEAP palette if you wish to create various evening looks that would make your eyes stand out. I would recommend using a primer before applying the shadow. I ordered the W7 Prime Magic Eye Primer 6 ml, which is also very cheap, but does the work. For lashes I am using W7 Flirty Eyes False Lash Effect Black Mascara and as fan of Benefits I also got the Technic Highlighter, which is 10 times cheaper than the original product, but again it gives you the same effect as you would get with the original Benefits product.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product! I'd never heard of Laval and it seems like a budget brand but this is so pigmented! The colours are gorgeous and they have a little shimmer to them. I'll definitely be trying their other palettes!
