Delivered quickly and great price. Applies well but unfortunately this is the smudgiest eyeliner I have purchased in the last 25 years. It isn't waterproof. After an hour long meeting, I looked in a mirror to find to my horror that I looked like Alice Cooper!

Delivery really good. However, the eyeliner isn't really good. I only ordered since it was really cheap and wanted to practice putting eyeliner on. However, I found the eyeliner to be very watery and smudges easily, which makes it hard to draw on. Also, when I removed the eyeliner it seemed to left a stinging sensation (I do have sensitive skin...), however the packaging doesn't including what is in the product, which makes it hard to determine whether my reaction was due to a certain ingredient. Therefore, I would not recommend this item to anyone.

The reason I only gave 2 stars is this eye liner pen did not have it's security label on it, as it would if I had bought in a shop. Any one could have tampered with this item.
