The hairdryer arrived faster than expected and was very well packed. I chose it after reading all the reviews, for this one and several others - despite the colour, as I would have preferred something more neutral. It's a bit heavier than I expected, but that's not a problem. The controls are easy to use and there is a good choice of settings along with a diffuser that it easy to put on and take off. When I took it out of the plastic bag I noticed a couple of small surface scuffs to the red paint, which was disappointing, but I didn't want the hassle or delay of returning it as I needed it straight away as my old one had suddenly died after twenty one years of use!
